Made it since high school, through 4 long years in college. We’ve had some trying times,but thank God for sustaining us and strengthening our bond. I know the best is yet to come! I’m so proud of us both!♥

As I’m getting ready to pack and clean my dorm room, I came across this quote that I had on my wall:

“Be confident. Too many days are wasted comparing ourselves to others and wishing to be something we aren’t. Everybody has their own strengths and weaknesses, and it is only when you accept everything you are — and aren’t — that you will truly succeed.”

With graduation tomorrow, this quote serves as a reminder that above all things, the act of simply being true to myself, will always work in my favor. As long as I’m honoring God and doing right by those around me,I’ll be good. As cliche as this may sound, I really have grown so much over the years. Thank you God for this & each and everything. I am so very proud of myself..

officially 17 days ‘til GRADUATION!! ^_^

Thank God it’s Thursday! which means no classes for me tomorrow,so I get to sleep in. The countdown has officially started: two more weeks of classes + finals week left, then GRADUATION!!!! ^_^ The workload I’ve had this semester has been beyond intense! Procrastination has been kicking my butt lately because everything is winding down and I’m becoming lazier and more impatient. But I’ve got some of the best motivators in my corner who are rooting for me and helping me to just push through and finish strong. Thank you God for forever having my back and helping me realize all the things that are truly important. It might be a bit difficult now,but I know it’ll all be worth it. (:

Today’s the perfect day to have slept in, ate breakfast and snuggle up with babe and watch Grey’s Anatomy. Cold and rainy weather just makes me feel super sluggish, especially on a day when I’m finished with classes late and have so much running around to do. 5 more weeks ‘til graduation, so I just need to be patient and finish strong. Vacation soon come!
